OUR HISTORY
Technica Mining was established in 1999 in Sudbury, Ontario as a small underground construction company. Technica has since grown to become Canada’s leading mine contractor with an unparalleled safety and service record.
With 25 years of industry experience, Technica Mining has track record of working with our clients to safely complete projects on time and on budget.
From our roots specializing in underground infrastructure and repairs, we have grown our portfolio of services to include: engineering, underground development, electrical, mechanical and civil construction, surface and underground production drilling and blasting.
Technica Mining remains true to its founding core values as we strive to maintain a Zero-Harm workplace while setting the new standard in world-class mining services. In addition to our head office and shop in Sudbury, Ontario we also have branches in Timmins, Ontario and Val d’Or, Quebec.

Through our training programs employees receive instruction related to hazards, policies/procedures/standards/best practices, and expectations as well as demonstration of skill.
