It’s a special occasion when our entire team unites to reflect on our achievements, foster bonds outside the workplace, and lay the groundwork for the year ahead. This event, usually celebrated around Christmas time, is more than just a celebration; it’s a day for team building and alignment, reinforcing our commitment to the principles of our Corporate Culture built on the foundation of Respect, Integrity, Courage, Honesty and Humility (RICH2) so that we all leave the room as “One Team, One Voice.”

Technica Day offers us a precious chance to step back from our daily tasks and immerse ourselves in a day devoted to promoting our positive work culture and enhancing our team dynamics. With zero pressure and an emphasis on fun, we participate in team building exercises and invite inspiring guest speakers. This year, we were fortunate to have Stephen de Groot, President and Co-founder of Brivia, and Ted Nolan, a former NHL player, Head Coach, and author of his touching book “Life in Two Worlds” to share their insights with us. The day also includes a delicious lunch served by the incredible staff at The Caruso Club, providing an opportunity to deepen our relationships with one another and build authentic trust that extends beyond our professional roles.

It’s also a pivotal time for us to align ourselves with the goals and initiatives for the forthcoming year. Through collaborative discussions and team building activities, we clarify our collective vision, fortifying our commitment to operate as “One Team.” By concluding the day with a shared understanding and a clear path forward, we position ourselves for future success, fully equipped to tackle any challenges that may arise.
