The Battery Electric Vehicle(BEV) Swapping Bay is designed to manage the battery swap out process for vehicles to charge the batteries. The BEV swapping bay includes a battery “clean room” for battery maintenance. The construction of a battery clean room c/w 10T crane, regulator wall with a fire door, as well as a battery swap bay inclusive of 10T crane for swap out, associated electrics for charging station and clean room. The construction of a concrete floor for battery storage, transformer and charger placement, O/H crane and associated infrastructure and services is also part of the state of the art design.
